[Bug 1353968] [NEW] Trying to update Kubuntu from 12.04 LTS to 14.04 LTS with kubuntu-devel-release-upgrade

Public bug reported:

The paquet update-manager is not curently installed (?).
I am now trying to install it manually and restart kubuntu-devel-release-upgrade.

EDIT : Install it does not help.
I know try to edit the file /etc/apt/sources.list and replace "precise" by "trusty".
