  install release icon on unity

Status in ubiquity package in Ubuntu:
  Invalid

Bug description:
  there is an icon on unity that starts a new installation of ubuntu 14.04 but it already exist and it works perfectly
  how could i remove that icon(not only from unity)?
  how can i stop the request release installation by the system?
