Bug description:
  ubuntu-defaults-zh-cn currently doesn't depend on the langpacks, requiring the main Ubuntu image to ship with Chinese support.
  This is sub-optimal as we'd like to save some space on the main image by dropping the chinese langpacks and related packages.

  Please add the needed dependencies, then update the seeds and live-
  build to no longer include language-pack-zh-hans on the main images.
