Your installation disc is corrupt. You will need to recreate it and you
may want to choose the check disc option at the boot menu to verify it.

Title:
Installer crashed
Status in ubiquity package in Ubuntu:

Bug description:
I tried installing Ubuntu 14.10 using a USB installer and it crashed
