This is not a bug with the software that provides the upgrade process,
rather with the system after the upgrade.

  Wireless mouse, HP model 5309URF, worked with Trusty but does not
  function under Utopic. Device shows up in lsusb:

  Bus 005 Device 003: ID 046e:5520 Behavior Tech. Computer Corp.

  Will try testing with older kernel and add information in case of any
  change.
