  Need to be Trusty friendly

Status in app-install-data-partner package in Ubuntu:
  Confirmed

Bug description:
  When ubuntu-desktop is installed, the app-install-data-partner is also installed.
  But the last time it has got a changelog, it was for Raring  (nov 2012) !!!

  So the question  is  : 
  - is it still usefull to list that package as a dependency ? if so, then update it for Trusty.
  - as the 'partner' repo looks like dormant too, this LTS needs a clean config; so update or purge that package.
