我从15.04源里面下载的最新的ubiquity-2.21.1，里面是有对应的安装界面的翻译的。
另外，网络图标那里出现的未翻译的情况和ubiquity源代码应该是无关的。

Bug description:
  If you select your language at the boot menu, it is applied system
  wide.  If you instead select your language within ubiquity, only
  ubiquity switches to the new language, leaving things like network
  manager untranslated.  The setting should be applied system wide.
