Sharif Abdur Rahman, thank you for reporting this bug to Ubuntu. Saucy reached EOL on July 17, 2014.
See this document for currently supported Ubuntu releases: https://wiki.ubuntu.com/Releases .
As well, as per your https://launchpadlibrarian.net/192492648/VarLogDistupgradeAptlog.txt :
MarkInstall grub-customizer [ amd64 ] < 4.0.6-0ubuntu1~ppa1s > ( admin ) FU=0
Upgrading is not supported for EoL releases, especially when you have
PPAs installed. Please remove all third-party repositories, and packages
associated with them. If after accomplishing this it still doesn't allow
you to upgrade, you will need to backup your data, and do a new install
of the release you want to upgrade to.
Please feel free to report any future bugs you may find.
