[Bug 1403105] [NEW] The installer gets crashed during the installation of the OS repeatedly.

Public bug reported:

I am using a USB based installation of the OS and the installer crashes
all the time.

I have tried installing the OS directly by inserting the USB as well as
using the Try Ubuntu and then "Install Ubuntu" option available while
using the Ubuntu.
