Title:
Installing from 12.04.4 iso downloads updates automatically

Status in ubiquity package in Ubuntu:
  Expired

Bug description:
I installed from the 12.04.4 iso on a USB key.
I did _not_ check the "Automatically install updates" checkbox.
I did configure the wireless network at the next screen.

During installation, a bunch of packages were downloaded from the
  Internet, contrary to expected behaviour.
