Thank you for taking the time to report this bug and helping to make
Ubuntu better.  I noticed that you are installing an older version of
Ubuntu, unless you have some specific requirements to run an  older
release I recommend trying to install the latest LTS version of Ubuntu.
We released version 14.04.1, in July of 2014, and it is a Long Term
Support release.  You can find different ways to obtain it at
http://download.ubuntu.com.  In the event that you really want to run
the older version of Ubuntu please set this bug's status back to New.

  Not able to install Ubuntu

Status in ubiquity package in Ubuntu:
  Incomplete

Bug description:
  I am not able to install due to ubuntu giving reason that my Hard disk may be crash or need to replace. Please do help me. Before installing ubuntu I was trying to install windows but it was also giving me error so I was not able to install OS or format my Asus Laptop.
