Bug description:
14.10 introduces the /bin/systemctl command. Unfortunately it does not
work:
root at ubuntu:~# systemctl start ssh
Failed to get D-Bus connection: No connection to service manager.
root at ubuntu:~# systemctl status
Failed to get D-Bus connection: No connection to service manager.
