[Bug 1275959] [NEW] ubiquity 2.17.4 doesn't allow lvm on top of an encrypted partition

Public bug reported:

Testing Alpha-1 & Alpha-2 and daily images

When selecting encryption + lvm for the installation drive, the fs types
and sizes are hard coded (and too small for /boot)

Trying to use the parted fronted directly to set partition sizes and
types correctly results in not beeing able to stack lvm on top if a luks
partition as in the "type menu" of a luks partition there is no lvm
option (the Debian d-i offers this)

Please add the ability to stack lvm on an encrypted partition.
Thank you.

** Affects: ubiquity (Ubuntu)
     Importance: Undecided
         Status: New
