Note that your bug's title does not match the package selected, nor does
it match the description. If your weather applet does crash on logout,
please file a new bug about that.

Also, this kind of error happened to me when using apt-cacher-ng. If
you're using apt-cacher-ng, consider switching to squid-deb-proxy.
