[Bug 1286291] [NEW] Unhandled exception when upgrading python3-distupgrade

Public bug reported:

Every time there is an upgrade to the package, I see error messages like
this. I've seen this unhandled exception many times, but I'm not sure if
it is with this exact package every time.
