[Bug 1243844] [NEW] Don't go to power suspend mode when upgrading Ubuntu package

My ubuntu went to power suspend mode and then could not restore when I upgraded Ubuntu 13.04 to 13.10.
I consumed my half day to fix imcomplete upgrade: dpkg, boot-repair, grub, fsck, apt-get #%!%$#%$#% 

I suggest that Ubuntu update manager MUST disable power suspend when
upgrading Ubuntu package.
