Fix from #965885 don't work. Choosing not to login to Ubuntu One right
now extends time before the error, but installation still crash.

Bug description:
  I'm trying to install Ubuntu 13.10 to my SSD drive and getting error
  after some installation time after step with Ubuntu One sing in. I'm
  singin in, then there is info screen and "installing system" bar under
  - and after few seconds there is an error, ubiquity crashes.
