A package seems to have become corrupt either on disk or in memory
during the installation process:

Dec 28 22:58:31 ubuntu ubiquity: Unpacking replacement libreoffice-help-en-us ...
Dec 28 22:58:33 ubuntu ubiquity: dpkg: error processing /target/var/cache/apt/archives/libreoffice-help-en-us_1%3a3.5.7-0ubuntu5_all.deb (--unpack):
Dec 28 22:58:33 ubuntu ubiquity: corrupted filesystem tarfile - corrupted package archive

Please try installing again and if that fails then use the memory
testing tool included on the CD on your system.
