No, it doesn't.. a -nn simply indicates that the debian package
revisision number is nn.  Whether the source format is 1.0, 3.0(quilt),
or 3.0(native) doesn't matter.

Bug description:
  In the grub2 changelog we see the version is grub2 (2.00-22), a native
  version.

  But the package actually carries quilt patches

  New changes to dpkg in trusty make launchpad builds of this package
  fail because of the mismatch
