It seems very unlikely that this update is the cause. I think more
investigation on your system is needed.

Bug description:
  is it possible that this security update also removed pub sigs from
  the keyring of the users?
  the only ones left where the 4 of the official debian/ubuntu people..
  (as opposed to last week, where i had a lot more pub sigs in my keyring)
