[Bug 1267204] [NEW] Option to "remove Ubuntu 12.04 and replace it with Ubuntu 13.10" removes other partitions not related to UBUNTU

Public bug reported:
I recently decided to move to Ubuntu 13.10 (by move I mean install from
a burned ISO - not and upgrade)
My Hard Drive had 3 partitions
SWAP partition
LINUX partition (ext4)
NTFS partition with 500GB of DATA
When selecting the option "remove Ubuntu 12 and replace it with Ubuntu
13" the installer decided to REMOVE THE NTFS and make and used all disk.
If the option is called REPLACE UBUNTU the behaviour should be to reuse
the SWAP and EXT4 partition of the version 12.04
Since a NTFS DATA PARTITION IS NOT PART OF UBUNTU 12 I think the text
should read "USE WHOLE DISK TO INSTALL UBUNTU 13 REPLACING UBUNT 12" and
in the details specify that ALL DATA OF THE WHOLE HARD DRIVE THAT HAS
NOT BEEN BACKUP WILL BE LOST
If more information is needed I can provide it
** Affects: ubiquity (Ubuntu)
Importance: Undecided
Status: New
