[Bug 1267477] [NEW] package liblockfile-bin 1.09-3ubuntu0.1 failed to install/upgrade: package liblockfile-bin is already installed and configured. This happened when installing Adobe Flash on Firefox.

Public bug reported:

I was popped to install Flash in Firefox to see videos.

I said yes and then the process started. I was asked to choose between
swf and adobe flash. I chose adobe.

I was prompted to put my password to proceed.

The installation started and then suddenly the error popped.
