Title:
Ubuntu should use "test drive" instead of "live CD" and "desktop CD"

Status in “gfxboot-theme-ubuntu” package in Ubuntu:
  Confirmed
Status in “ubiquity” package in Ubuntu:
  Invalid

Bug description:
  Binary package hint: ubiquity

Given that Ubuntu can now be installed by official tools using a USB
disk, and that the term "live CD" is confusing, Ubuntu should refer to
such medium as a "test drive".
