Bug description:
  Binary package hint: ubiquity

  As of the sep 20th daily maverick build, the installer now hangs if
  grub-install fails.  It worked fine just the other day.  Now you get
  the pop up box saying it failed and asking you if you want to install
  to another device, continue without installing, or abort the
  installation, but the box does not respond when you click OK, so you
  are stuck; unable to select the correct device, or even choose to
  continue without installing grub.
