[Bug 1268577] [NEW] Add option to install Ubuntu Core from the Ubuntu Desktop image

In the installer you can press F6 to get an option to install "free
software only".

I would like there to be an option "Ubuntu Core only" that installs only the Ubuntu Core packages.
Basically kernel, sh, and apt.
