Public bug reported:

I'm using Ubuntu 14.04 dev with git-gui 1:1.8.5.2-2 and doing a redo
with Ctrl + Y doesn't work correctly while Edit -> Redo does. Here is an
example:

1. Open any project.
2. Write in the field "Commit Message:" 0.
3. Press Ctrl + Z to undo this action.
4. Press Ctrl + Y to redo this action.
4.1 Nothing happens here (which is the bug).
5. Click in the menu bar on Edit -> Redo.
5.1 This is working fine as the 0 appears.

** Affects: git (Ubuntu)
     Importance: Undecided
         Status: New
