[Bug 1270887] [NEW] I don't know what the problem was because I was not monitoring the install when it happened. I was just advised that something had bugged-up and I should send a bug report. Thanks

Public bug reported:

I am running an "ACER ASPIRE 7250-BZ482". The machine is equiped with: AMD duel-core Processor E-350, AMD Radeon HD 6310, 4GB DDR3 Mem, 640 GB HDD, Acer Nplify 802.11b/g/n.
I tried to install PINGUY OS 13.04 64 bit live distro , on the complete hard disk, subsequently loosing WIN7 OS and all my files because of some unknown bug (to me). I am now stuck with an unworkable lap-top.
Please help, thanks,
Paul Fekkes
