Thank you! I confirm it works with pm-hibernate.
Does it mean rtcwake could be improved and should I report a bug/feature request to this component?

Use default Grub configuration
Computer is fully On (operating state)
Steps:
--------
1. Execute command as root:
rtcwake -m disk -s 60
2. Wait system resumes and wait a moment
3. Execute again command:
rtcwake -m disk -s 60
4. Wait a moment
Actual result:
----------------
2. System boots (from Grub the default kernel is automatically selected). Login screen is displayed.
4. Grub is displayed. Nothing happens. You need to select the kernel to finish boot procedure
Expected result:

4. System boots using default kernel.
