[Bug 1272551] [NEW] Bash completion should be activated by default

Bash completion is installed by default in Ubuntu but not activated.
This software makes the command line more user friendly and should be
activated by default.

Currently, the bash completion section of the config file
"/etc/bash.bashrc" is commented with hashtags (#). A new user may learn
about Tab auto completion and notice the effect on path names. Yet it is
less likely that he or she activate the full auto completion although
this is of great help to use the command line.

The package is already installed. If the command line is not used, the
overhead is minimal. If the command line is used, this is of great help.
So there is no reason not to activate bash completion by default.
