Public bug reported:

Hi,

It seems that my open-iscsi/tgt installation is not relliable. I'm
receiving this over logs:

Jan 26 13:06:27 blue-compute iscsid: Kernel reported iSCSI connection 1:0 error (1019 - ISCSI_ERR_XMIT_FAILED: Transmission of iSCSI packet failed) state (2)
Jan 26 13:06:27 blue-compute iscsid: Kernel reported iSCSI connection 3:0 error (1019 - ISCSI_ERR_XMIT_FAILED: Transmission of iSCSI packet failed) state (2)
Jan 26 13:06:27 blue-compute iscsid: Kernel reported iSCSI connection 2:0 error (1019 - ISCSI_ERR_XMIT_FAILED: Transmission of iSCSI packet failed) state (2)
Jan 26 13:06:44 blue-compute iscsid: Connection1:0 to [target: iqn.2010-10.org.openstack:volume-73d6b50b-a5e8-497a-98f2-e1c31645eb71, portal: 172.16.0.119,3260] through [iface: default] is shutdown.
Jan 26 13:06:44 blue-compute iscsid: Connection2:0 to [target: iqn.2010-10.org.openstack:volume-8b078749-527b-4936-abc3-e642b7e11929, portal: 172.16.0.119,3260] through [iface: default] is shutdown.
Jan 26 13:06:44 blue-compute iscsid: Connection3:0 to [target: iqn.2010-10.org.openstack:volume-d38a950e-326c-4e81-9245-840d826f3e41, portal: 172.16.0.119,3260] through [iface: default] is shutdown.

A lot of times when rebooting iscsid.

But while connected:

Jan 26 13:04:34 blue-compute iscsid: semop down failed 22
Jan 26 13:04:34 blue-compute iscsid: semop down failed 22
Jan 26 13:04:35 blue-compute kernel: [230627.635286] connection7:0: detected conn error (1019)
Jan 26 13:04:35 blue-compute iscsid: semop down failed 22
Jan 26 13:04:36 blue-compute kernel: [230629.139162] connection1:0: detected conn error (1019)
Jan 26 13:04:36 blue-compute kernel: [230629.139199] connection2:0: detected conn error (1019)
Jan 26 13:04:37 blue-compute iscsid: semop down failed 22
Jan 26 13:04:37 blue-compute iscsid: semop down failed 22
Jan 26 13:04:38 blue-compute kernel: [230630.642895] connection7:0: detected conn error (1019)
Jan 26 13:04:38 blue-compute iscsid: semop down failed 22
Jan 26 13:04:39 blue-compute kernel: [230632.146789] connection1:0: detected conn error (1019)
Jan 26 13:04:39 blue-compute kernel: [230632.146828] connection2:0: detected conn error (1019)

So something is going wrong here. 172.16.0.119 is the same host where
iscsi/tgt is installed and contains targets. I mean, everything is in
the same machine. So no network problems should be here.

Cannot find any solution to this so suppose that's a bug.
