  ubuntu installer crashed

Status in “ubiquity” package in Ubuntu:
  New

Bug description:
  I tried to install ubuntu from a dvd, and it was kind of stuck at 99%, then it said "Installer crashed". (ubuntu 2.30.2)
  Logs in att. Please help
  (install failed with exit code 139)
