If I boot Alpha 2 of Ubuntu Gnome 14.04, select "Deutsch" (German) as a
language and choose "Test Ubuntu", the system uses a US keyboard layout,
not a German keyboard layout.
/var/log/syslog is attached, /var/log/partman is non-existent.
