This is not a freetype bug.  Cmake is relying on interfaces that are not
guaranteed by freetype upstream; the header directory change is, from
freetype upstream's POV, an internal implementation change and not an
API change.

  in trusty the header was changed from

  /usr/include/freetype2/freetype

  to

  /usr/include/freetype2/

  So the include

  #include <ftglyph.h>

  was not found a compile.
