Bug description:
Hi,
I am new to ubuntu server, while installation I assigned my hard disk partition spaces to /home, /boot, /,/usr...after installation I was unable to view my partitions as C,D,E..etc or Filesystem-> partitions.....
I can view as home(45.6GB), root(45.6GB), usr(45.6GB), srv(45.4GB)and all the directories seems like that....so I am confused......
I just need to know,
1.Where I need to save my files(windows D,E,F etc, except C),
2.Whether I did that partition in right way?
3.Is it change something?
4.I was unable to open some of the directories(folder) getting error message "Access denied".......
Pls someoe explain all these things in detail so that I can understand... I m new to ubuntu server....also you can suggest me some resources to learn about ubuntu server practically....
Thank you,
Rathish.
