Ran software updater. With 13.04 not receiving further updates it will
only allow the upgrade. After agreeing it completes the "preparing to
upgrade" but sends an error at "Setting new software channels"

I have used this disk before to install 13.04 and upgraded to 13.10 with
no issues. For some reason it will not work now.
