I hope you can help me - sorry if this is not your domain.
After an install of ubuntu server with no extra packages with
manual partitioning - I am getting the following:
root at me6:~# parted -l
Model: ATA Samsung SSD 840 (scsi)
Disk /dev/sda: 120GB
Sector size (logical/physical): 512B/512B
Partition Table: msdos
Number Start End Size Type File system Flags
1 1049kB 106GB 106GB primary ext4 boot
2 106GB 120GB 13.8GB primary linux-swap(v1)
Warning: Unable to open /dev/sr1 read-write (Read-only file
system). /dev/sr1 has been opened read-only.
Error: The partition's data region doesn't occupy the entire partition.
Ignore/Cancel? i
Phillip, let me know if I should post this some place else.
