Please update the Ubuntu 14.04 (trusty) RAS packages in order to support PowerNV (Non-virtualized mode) on Power.

 Upgrade from version version 1.2.20 to 1.2.21, 
  - This version version contains major bug fixes to update_flash/ppc64_cpu and other tools which are basic tools on PowerKVM Host.
