[Bug 1339407] [NEW] Install always crashes for 14.04 LTS of any Ubuntu type

No real idea, just the start of install, Mythbuntu, Ubuntu, Lubuntu have
all crashed for 14.04 LTS and 64 bit, I've been trying to install for
weeks. All versions are bad. 32 bit stuff works, 12.04 LTS 32 or 64 bit
works, 14.04 LTS 64 Bit doesn't. Sometimes it's just the grub that won't
install (doesn't seem to be on the install DVD or it's in the wrong
place), other times it's before that, but it always crashes. Hmm,
haven't tried text mode install yet, guess that's next.
