[Bug 1339696] [NEW] Ubiquity doesn't support marco (MATE window manager)

I'm working on Ubuntu MATE Remix and I've noticed that metacity is
always pulled in by ubiquity-gtk. The MATE window manager, marco, was
original forked from metacity.

ubiquity-gtk should add support for marco so that derivatives can elect
to use marco in preference to metacity.
