[Bug 1345600] [NEW] Sudo hangs after resume

Public bug reported:

After resuming from a suspend, sudo hangs: doesn't prompt for password,
doesn't give an error, does absolutely nothing. The entire terminal is
blocked and Ctrl C does nothing.
