[Bug 1347630] [NEW] "You may want to read the release notes" link takes you to ubuntu home page

Public bug reported:

On the first installer screen with the language selector you are
suggested to read the release notes.  Clicking here takes you to a
firefox instance but the page displayed is the ubuntu home page.  Not in
the least bit helpful.
