correct, redirects for point releases probably were not setup yet. It
was meant to migrate from drupal to django, but in the mean time it
became just static url redirects on the apache frontend.

  New

Bug description:
  On the first installer screen with the language selector you are
  suggested to read the release notes.  Clicking here takes you to a
  firefox instance but the page displayed is the ubuntu home page.  Not
  in the least bit helpful.
