[Bug 1347884] [NEW] The mac 14.04.1 isos fail to restart after ejecting the cd

Public bug reported:

Possibly a bug in preseed rather than Ubiquity.

Once the cd is ejected post install the machine doesn't reboot.

Machine is a 2011 macbook pro.

The install worked as expected.
