(Ubuntu)

** Changed in: ubuntu-release-upgrader (Ubuntu)

Title:
upgrading from Ubuntu 13.10 to Ubuntu 14.04.1 triggers a release
announcement indicating 14.04 is in development (likely announce text
for 14.10 is still saying trusty)

Status in “ubuntu-release-upgrader” package in Ubuntu:
  Fix Released

Bug description:
When upgrading from Ubuntu 13.10 to Ubuntu 14.04.1 with update-manager
-d -c triggers a release note type page on Trusty which indicates that
14.04 is still in devlopment, if you drop the -d you get upgraded to
the same place without such a warning.
