[Bug 1348952] [NEW] bzr: ERROR: exceptions.UnicodeDecodeError: 'ascii'

Public bug reported:

I have just created a source package recipe for this u-boot branch and
it fails to build.

I am not sure if it is a baazar, python or u-boot problem but I got this
message from logs:

   bzr: ERROR: exceptions.UnicodeDecodeError: 'ascii' codec can't decode
byte 0xe6 in position 12: ordinal not in range(128)
