[Bug 1350723] [NEW] GCC 4.9 breaks layout in Oxide (and hence the web browser) on the device

Public bug reported:

Building Oxide with GCC 4.9 breaks layout of web content. Building with
GCC 4.8 again fixes the problem. See the 2 attached images - the *only*
difference between the 2 is that one is built with GCC 4.8 and the other
is built with GCC 4.9.

As the default compiler is now GCC 4.9, this is pretty bad.

This affects the device. I haven't tested whether it affects desktop as
well.

As I already have a list of things to do as long as my arm, I can't
investigate this without letting work that's critical for RTM slip

** Affects: gcc-4.9 (Ubuntu)
     Importance: Undecided
         Status: New
