Hello,
Please note that 13.04 support ended in January 2014; we can no longer
fix issues in this release.
You can try to upgrade with apt-get directly:
sudo apt-get update && sudo apt-get -u dist-upgrade
Hopefully apt can calculate an upgrade path.
Thanks
