Interesting!!!
This issue was a real bug for now
It was originated from select install mode between Try ubuntu with Install Ubuntu
Try Ubuntu mode occurred this issue because of it install one language pack 'Korean' only
but, Install Ubuntu mode install two language packs Korean and English
please see the screenshot of result of Install Ubuntu mode

Now I will Install ubuntu 14.04 one more time with two mode Try Ubuntu and Install Ubuntu again for making it sure
and after that I will do final comment for this issue
Thank you for reviewing it

Title:
Suggestion for two languages korean & english together at the language
  input method

Status in “ubiquity” package in Ubuntu:
  New

Bug description:
First screen after fresh install at the language input selector,
Since, it has only 'Korean' , I can't even type a letter in the search, run , input command , etc, where it needs english

So far, I researched a lot of cases for this issue
And, finally, the most reasonable choice of mine is this
'English' should be loaded by default along with 'Korean'
It makes user to be enable to input korean and english by default from the fresh install

  please see the screenshot
  * 영어[미국] = English
