gdebi-gtk crashed with the following error:

        gdebi-gtk crashed with UnicodeDecodeError in __getitem__():
'utf-8' codec can't decode byte 0xeb in position 10: invalid
continuation byte

when installing the following deb package:

        http://eid.belgium.be/en/binaries/eid-
mw_4.0.4r1253_amd64_tcm406-178472.deb

I'll attach the crash report.

The same problem has already been reported in a comment for bug #1301857
"gdebi-gtk crashed with UnicodeDecodeError in commit(): 'utf-8' codec
can't decode byte 0xc3 in position 0: unexpected end of data", but this
bug has status "Fix Released" so I'm creating a new bug report for this
specific problem. The previous comment can be found here:
