  Speed setting has no effect on BD media

Status in “libburn” package in Ubuntu:
  New

Bug description:
  The speed setting has no effect when writing BD media with libburn < 1.2.6. Therefore I had massive buffer underruns throughout the whole burning process. I wanted to write 4x but instead it was burnt at the burners maximum speed 12x.
